The Maryland Department of Health, Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) has PROPOSED new regulations for COMAR 10.63 services. This process is still in its early stages. At first glance, the proposed changes are expansive, detailed, and target many process, quality, and compliance challenges identified across 10.63 service providers. BHA is giving the community the opportunity to review these regulations before they enter the regulatory process. The Behavioral Health Administration's Office of Government Affairs is hosting Regional Stakeholder Meetings to gather comments on the proposed changes.
